C.M. Builds is led by Cliff Miller, a hands-on general contractor with decades of experience working directly in the field across modular homes, residential construction, and light commercial projects.
Unlike many contractors who manage from a clipboard, Cliff has built the work himself. His background includes carpentry structural work, site servicing coordination, and senior site  superintendent roles on large-scale commercial builds exceeding 160,000 square feet. That experience shapes a practical, disciplined approach to every project-focused on planning, sequencing, and risk control long before construction begins.

C.M Builds Is built on a simple principle: well-planned projects cost less, move faster, and deliver better results. From early feasibility and pre-construction planning through to final turnover, every build is approached with clarity, control, and respect for the client's investment.
Cliff brings specialized modular-home expertise to his work as a general contractor. He understands the critical transition from factory production to on-site installation, and the coordination required between foundations, crane sets, traders, inspections, and occupancy timelines. That knowledge helps prevent the common breakdowns that cause modular projects to run over budget or off schedule.
At C.M Builds, projects are managed with clear documentation, realistic budgeting, and direct accountability. Client benefit from a contractor who understands building code, trade coordination, and site conditions at a practical level - because he's been responsible for solving those problems on active job sites, not just reviewing them on paper
