C.M. Builds is led by over 25 years of hands-on construction experience across residential building, renovations, modular construction, and light commercial projects.
Unlike many general contractors who come strictly from the management side of the industry, my background began in the trades. I’ve spent decades working directly in construction — from carpentry and structural work to operating heavy equipment and coordinating complex job sites. That practical experience provides a deeper understanding of how projects are actually built, not just how they’re scheduled.
Over the years I’ve also managed large commercial construction sites as a site superintendent, coordinating trades, sequencing work, and ensuring projects move forward safely and efficiently.

That combination of hands-on building experience and professional site management shapes how every project at C.M. Builds is approached.
I stay closely involved in the planning, sequencing, and on-site coordination because that’s where construction projects succeed or fail. I’m not a clipboard general contractor — I’ve built the work myself and understand what it takes to deliver a well-executed project.
Whether the project is a home renovation, backyard structure, detached garage, addition, modular installation, or light commercial build, the focus remains the same: clear planning, strong trade coordination, and a clean, organized jobsite.
Clients don’t have to manage trades, schedules, inspections, or construction logistics. C.M. Builds coordinates the entire process so the project moves forward smoothly from planning through completion.
